About Barloadr

Barloadr makes free strength calculators for lifters. The site covers the numbers lifters actually need: one-rep maxes, plate loading, programming, strength standards, and the body-composition and nutrition math that sits around training.

The guiding idea is simple: honest numbers. A calculator should tell you what it is estimating, how it estimates it, and where the estimate can go wrong. Every Barloadr tool page explains its formula in plain language, states its limitations, and shows its results as estimates — not as exact answers.

How the pages are made

Tools are built from published formulas and research, and every page passes human review before it is published. A person checks every page before it goes live — the maths, the wording, and whether it answers the question it promises to answer.

What Barloadr is not

  • Barloadr is not a coaching service. The calculators do not know your situation, and they do not replace a qualified coach or professional.
  • Barloadr is not a medical source. Nothing here is medical advice. See the Disclaimer for the full position.
  • Barloadr does not sell training programs or supplements through its calculators. The tools are free to use.
